This half-day workshop is intended for serious athletes, and those that train like athletes, who want to develop a better understanding of overtraining and recovery techniques. Attendees will learn the symptoms, underlying mechanisms, and diagnosis of overtraining syndrome and have the opportunity to practice the latest recovery and regeneration techniques (including mobility) to prevent overtraining from ever occurring in the first place.
