Interview and Feedback

I recently completed an interview with Cedric Unholz for his website.  The first of which can be found here: Hartman Interview – Part I    Hartman Interview - Part II

Highlights from Part I include my background and influences, general philosophy of training athletes, thoughts on the field of S&C, and info related to my research experience and time spent at the Olympic Training Center.

Highlights from Part II include my approach to in-season training for athletes, my thoughts on screening and corrective exercise protocols, a few reading suggestions and some advice (i.e. on my soapbox) about how to develop as a coach.

So, if you ever wanted to know a little more about me, this is your chance...or you could just ask.

Also worth mentioning that some very positive feedback has been coming in regarding the “Next 8-Weeks” ebook I put out 2-months ago, including this thread on the Pendlay forum, which also contains a nice endorsement of my abilities from Glenn Pendlay:
"...if I had a kid at the Olympic trials, and I couldn't be there, Michael is the guy I would trust the most to coach him for me. I guess in short I have a ton of respect for him and his abilities..."
